How is this different from a typical Shopify agency?
Agencies sell deliverables: a theme refresh, a redesign, a sprint of tickets. We engineer systems. Conversion, merchandising, performance, and custom Shopify work, built to keep running after we hand it over.

Generally, no. The brands we work with already have traction and have outgrown the systems they started with.
